We occasionally take photographs or videos during therapy sessions to celebrate your work, promote our services, and share the positive impact of our programmes.We will never take or use identifiable photographs or videos without your explicit written consent. Giving consent is entirely optional & can be withdrawn at any time, although materials already published cannot always be recalled.

Data Retention
Therapy records are normally retained for seven years ( in accordance with HCPC) after your final appointment unless a longer retention period is required by law or professional guidance.
